Yesterday for Slawek's birthday we spent the evening with many members of the Mostrare team of the INRIA. I had a great geeky time. Joachim convinced me to learn a bit about caml. He is a very opinionated fellow ;) The obvious distinction between computers scientist and software engineer sank in :P
I read Six Keys to Buddhist Living, simple rules for joy and peace of mind or one way to live happiness. I have been interested in Buddhism for a very long time as a religion/philosophy/way-of-living (yet I class myself as an atheist). Reading a modern approach to some of the basic (yet very demanding) principles to live by is refreshing (will take a lot more work for it to become enlightening). Food for thoughts!
