The timing couldn't be better. It's kind of what I mentioned to my father yesterday and it pops up on Information Aesthetics today ;)

Tom Kuczmarsky's talk at Google is by far the best thing I have heard on innovation (nothing really knew but ...brilliantly put) and leadership (should I say peopleship :P).
