Heard in Presentation Zen by Garr Reynolds at Google. A must watch for people who want to get better at presentation ;) It reminded me of a presentation I did at the Director's Meeting of my previous job ... which I was and am still very proud of!
If you are not proud of it, don't serve it! It applies to most things :P
Also learned about Hara Hachi Bu ... how do you know when you are 80% full?
