I like the motto of The Edge:
To arrive at the edge of the world's knowledge, seek out the most complex and sophisticated minds, put them in a room together, and have them ask each other questions they are asking themselves.
Although, I am more of a TPS / Lean kind of guy i.e. interested in building on the knowledge / know-how of the mr Joe of the world to do great things.
