very inspired/ing

If this bliki was title based (and not date based) I would entitled that piece living on the edge. Hardy Heron aka Ubuntu 8.04 rocks but FF3 needs ripening. In order to be able to use my must have addons I have to run firebug 1.2.23 alpha and del.icio.us 2.0.42 alpha.

The later is a massive improvement, especially the icon in the bottom right corner indicating if someone suggested a link! FF3b5 is much faster than FF2.0.12 which I was running up until yesterday. Can't comment on stability yet but so far so good!

My only complaint : access keys don't work the way they use to :(

On another subject, a good thing to know about VirtualBox. If NAT is enabled, you can access the host from the guest at the IP 10.0.2.2 (no network connection required). Thanks! I think I'll buy more RAM to make the most of virtualization technology :P

Last thing for today, it is best to use synaptic / aptitude / ... rather than easy_install to get iPython on Ubuntu (don't know why and have no time to figure it out).
