Last night I cleared a major milestone for the first alpha release of the forever new project :P I am amazed at the richness of the APIs and web services available out there. So many of them can be used relatively easily to build new things! None of that would have been possible 10 years ago when I hacked my first web app (BK's CMS) with jfr.

Plus I think I found a name I like (took me a month, usually I come up with the name first) ... hopefully I'll write more on the subject pretty soon.
