I reckon 3KWA is a bit hermetic a name for a website. What does it mean? Where does it come from? What ...?
BoardKulture Web Agency, but in 2001 web was not 2.0 yet and didn't sound that cool anymore so why not go Wired. I love(d) the Courier New font and a B and a 3 look very similar, plus a numerical touch gives any name some seriousness ... 3KWA was born (registered later as a trading entity in Australia).
I think in France geeks, nerds, people who work hard in general are commonly pictured drinking tons of coffee (or coke) coding well into the night. The excitment of creating something new and exciting was always enough for me but I digress. 3 for quantity, KWA can be pronouced [Ka Woua] which is French (maybe Parisian) slang for coffee.

At EuroPython in 2006 I met a French (see Logbook.20060706) guy who, looking at my badge (the organization field in the registration form was compulsory I had to choose between 3KWA and holidays ... ), said intrigued
3 quoi(s)? Which I think will stay (and the logo it inspired)!
